Introduction

This is a neighbourhood that’s been evolving for a while. Brent Cross Cricklewood is benefitting from this and the masterplan is geared towards providing spaces and places that benefit the diverse and thriving community. Please see the below for some of the exciting, key changes:

• A brand new riverside park showcases Brent River’s natural beauty and makes provision for a safe, riverside route for pedestrians and cyclists. ‘Sturgess Park’ will also receive updated landscaping and new spaces. 
• Brent Cross Shopping Centre’s new market square will consist of new restaurants and food stalls.
• Brent Cross Shopping Centre is going to be twice as big with over 200 new international, pop up and concept stores.
• With the opening of the new Thameslink station a five-minute walk from Fellows Square, getting intro Central London will be very quick and simple. This will be 13 minutes’ from St Pancras International. This will also open up easy access to Europe.
• The ‘Living Bridge’ provides a landscaped ‘boulevard’ for walkers and cyclists.
• Only minutes’ away, Cricklewood High Street has recently benefitted from a £2mil revamp. It is also set to showcase the latest restaurants, bars and cafes as well as a mix of popular stores and boutique shops.
